As a nutritionist and Board Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) BCNS® candidate, I create a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve your health goals by nourishing your body using the latest nutrition science, mindfulness, and delicious, whole foods.

I am passionate about helping my clients become the best version of themselves through their wellness journey and coming up with a personalized plan that helps you understand what is going on with your body and achieve your goals to a healthier lifestyle.  I do not believe in a cookie cutter approach to nutrition and will take the time to work with you to address your questions so that we can get to the root cause and work on what makes you feel your best.

In working together, we will incorporate a whole-person integrative approach that is based on your personal nutritional needs, as well as your food preferences, lifestyle and budget.  We will work together to apply holistic methods rooted in evidence-based nutrition therapy to meet your wellness journey goals.   I will offer a place of compassion, respect and no judgement during our sessions together. 

My goal with our very first session is for you to start changing the way you think about and approach food.  We will utilize a variety of techniques, including books and research during our sessions, all while honoring your health needs.  We will work on getting away from the number on the scale since that is not a number that I will focus on in our sessions.  I want to help you and guide you in adding tools to your toolbox to make realistic changes in a healthy and whole body in a manner that fits your goals.
